Whistler Olympic Plaza provides amenities for an inclusive experience. From a playground to convenient washrooms, secure bike parking, and picnic areas, we aim to make your visit enjoyable. Additional facilities like recycling bins and water fountains will further enhance your time at our dynamic outdoor space.

It’s important to note some venue rules to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

• Respect the Venue: Let’s keep Whistler Olympic Plaza clean and enjoyable for all. Please dispose of trash, compost, and recycling properly and respect the surroundings.
• Stay Safe: Look out for each other and be mindful of your surroundings. If you notice anything concerning, please notify the Event staff.
• No alcohol: While we want you to have a great time, please remember that bringing alcohol into the venue is not permitted.
• No smoking or vaping: To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all attendees, smoking and vaping are not permitted within Whistler Village or Olympic Plaza.
• No Drones: For safety reasons, drones of any kind, are not allowed within Whistler Village or Olympic Plaza.
• Dogs on Leash: Well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome, but please ensure they are under control at all times.
• No Firepits: Open flames, including firepits, are prohibited within the venue.
• No Shade or Pop-Up Tents: To maintain clear sightlines and ensure everyone’s enjoyment, shade structures, and pop-up tents are not permitted.
• No Hammocks in the trees or set up on the Great Lawn: For safety reasons and to protect the trees and their branches, please refrain from hanging hammocks in the trees within the venue.

Born in Whistler, B.C. in 2004, Crankworx has evolved into a multi-stop international festival series, bringing together the best mountain bike athletes to compete in elite-level competitions in a variety of disciplines, as well as hosting races for amateurs, Kidsworx contests for young riders, participatory events, and celebrations of mountain bike culture, all while showcasing amazing destinations. And while the festival has gone international, each year the global mountain bike community comes home to Crankworx Whistler for the ultimate celebration of all things mountain bike.
